How to book:
For a quote or to book Elle and any additional performers simply head to the contact page, fill out the form and submit your request containing your preferred date, time and suburb. Alternatively, you can call Elle on the Toll-Free Number 1800 857 482
Please note your booking is only confirmed once payment has been made.
Pricing:
Rates are reflective of industry rates of pay for experienced / professional performers. Please contact us for a quote for your corporate event or private celebration.
What to expect at a private celebration:
From the moment your enchanting character arrives they're ready to create magic and wonder. Upon arrival they will greet the birthday child and their friends. Then they will take just a moment to set up in the allocated location, preparing for the live show and entertainment.
They will gather the children and commence the entertainment leading them through the immersive live show experience and activities.
Elle is very flexible and will happily accommodate your family's needs and can also participate in/lead happy birthday and cake-cutting at the end.
Cancelation Policy
A non-refundable fee (50% of the Party Package) must be made to secure your booking. The remaining amount is to be paid the week of the celebration. In the event of bad weather, injury or illness provided more than 24 hours notice is given we can happily offer rescheduling (subject to availability)
Please note any rescheduled bookings will incur a $30.00 fee
Do your characters face paint:
Elle Enchanted Entertainment does not provide face painters or characters that face paint.
Outdoor venues:
We love outdoor celebrations but due to the costuming and PA System we do require ample shade to protect against the elements.
Perth Winter season June - Aug is not ideal for park/outdoor parties. Should you choose to hold an outdoor celebration we strongly encourage you to have a back up location as in the event of rain your performer will be unable to attend and your booking will need to be rescheduled and or cancelled without refund.
Please note that some fairy-tale characters may be unavailable, or their costuming may be altered to accommodate the winter season or outdoor celebrations.
Additionally, Princesses in ball gowns are required to be indoors / or spaces where there is solid ground and or flooring i.e., no parks / gravel / grass etc.
Health and Safety
The wellness, health and safety of the community is a top priority for Team Elle Enchanted. That's why you'll find all our performers have current working with children's checks that they will happily supply upon request.
We also adhere to very strict cleaning standards ensuring all party props are sanitized before and after every event.
Do you supply superhero characters or male performers:
No, Elle Enchanted is not a talent agency. Elle is a solo performer specializing in fairytale characters and will contract additional princess performers as required.
Please note this means some princess characters such as Princess Jasmine, Mulan and Moana are unable to be booked on their own and can only be booked as additional princess characters.
This also means Elle Enchanted Entertainment does not offer any superhero characters, nor do we supply any male entertainers / male fairy-tale characters for kids' parties.
Service area:
We're based in the heart of the city and attend celebrations throughout most of Perth WA. Please note some suburbs may incur a travel fee and or are beyond where we can travel to.
